Be cautious however in taking drugs since they may have adverse side effects. It is best to consult your clinician for any medication you may want to take.

Another very enjoyable activity you can do at home is to stretch your legs and relax your back on a comfortable couch while watching your favorite movie. Just do not watch hilarious comedy films.
